TummyTime! Method is lead by Amy Siegel, a licensed infant Occupational Therapist, and is designed for parents and their pre-crawling babies (ages birth-16 weeks). Every parent is told to put their baby in tummy time, but not everyone knows how to help their baby when they don’t like this position or optimize this time for socialization and movement. In this group, parents will be able to learn together and practice a developmental and sensorimotor approach to tummy time. This method was developed to connect parents and babies during tummy time and help with regulation, postural asymmetries, digestive issues, as well as oral motor disfunction. It is a great way to connect with other parents of young babies.
